Of course! All you need is a Mynintendo account! Once you get enough coins (which you easily get enough by tapping "get coins" and getting the silver coins) you go to redeem awards, scroll down a bit and click "wii u/3ds software"(something like that haha) it should be the first thing that pops up! If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask!

Do you have a nintendo ID? You have to have one to download things from the nintendo E-shop. If you don't, then make a new one by going to settings and click the top bar that says something like "Nintendo ID settings"
If you have one, and wondering where to put your download code, go to the E-shop and click the top left corner and press "download code" or something like that. Hope this helps!
